Challenge

Create a new line of Gerber products that transitioned loyal users of baby food to toddler foods, thereby expanding the customer lifetime value.

Approach

Manage everything including concept development, sourcing the R&D development, branding, package development, positioning, product testing, marketing planning.

Results

5 of the new Healthy Kid Favorites products were put into test markets, where they performed well enough to be launched nationally.

Gerber ultimately decided to fold the best-performing items into the already-existing national line of Gerber Graduates products.
